Dear AAA,
I had a road trip planned for early Saturday morning and needed to get my oil
changed. The Dealership where I leased my car wouldn't do it because I was
there 10 minutes before they closed! I guess their excellent service ended when
I signed my lease. Having driven 10 miles to get an oil change I stopped into
your store 5 minutes before you closed on a Friday night. The Service Writer,
Stephen George, at your Central Avenue AAA Car Care Plus took care of me. He
faced the same challenges; but did the right thing. Thank You AAA Car Care Plus!
