Dear AAA,
My experiences with AAA tow drivers have always been pleasant, but a
recent experience really stood out in terms of the outstanding service.
I had a very helpful and kind tow truck driver when my car broke down
in Detroit a few months ago. His name was Richard Lautzenheiser. After
determining that I would need a tow, he helped my friend/passenger
get into his wheelchair, and even suggested we put a blanket on the
chair's seat so he wouldn't get a wet seat from the drizzle. Richard waited
with us at the gas station until we knew for sure that we had a ride.
He was even getting calls as to why he wasn't at the next tow, and he
wouldn't leave us. I was so touched that someone took so much time
to ensure that we were safe and not stranded. Many thanks to Richard
Lautzenheiser, and to AAA for providing the service!
