Your Feedback Helps Improve the Service We Provide

Many of you have, at one time or another, received a survey in the mail from AAA about the service you received. It may have been
for a vacation you booked through our travel agency, a TripTik routing we made for you or a roadside assistance request. The results of these in-depth surveys, conducted by an independent third party, help
and looking for ways to improve. To gain additional insight into the service we provide, the Club has begun emailing surveys to members requesting candid feedback from a recent interaction with us. The email will arrive within 24
to 48 hours after you receive service, consists of just a few questions, and will take seconds to complete. This email survey will also allow you to tell us in detail how we might be better the next time you call on us. In essence, if you owned AAA, tell me what you would have done differently to improve your experience. Your candid feedback is welcomed and appreciated. As a membership organization, every decision the Board of Directors, my staff and I make

To put it simply, whenever a member calls upon the Club for assistance, my team and I strive to ensure every member is always Totally Satisfied. If that goal is not met, your candid feedback on what we could have done differently to make you Totally Satisfied is the feedback I appreciate. Even if you were Totally Satisfied but we still could to better, your write- in feedback is always helpful.
